Weekly listening as creative practice

A short note on why I keep publishing weekly playlists — less curation flex, more training attention.

I treat the weekly playlist less like a broadcast and more like a practice log.

Every week I have to listen with intent: what held energy, what collapsed in a mix, what key or texture I keep returning to. Publishing the playlist forces a decision — this made the cut, that did not — the same muscle I use when shaping a DJ set or finishing a track.

If you only scroll the archives, you miss the point. The archive is residue. The practice is the listening.
